Jena joins us to discuss her progression into co-owing Shake Express, a newly franchised company that serves healthy shake and snack options for their clientele. Originally from the RGV, she pursed a career as a D1 Track athlete at The University of Texas in Austin, Texas. She talks about her struggle with eating disorders and body dysmorphia and how she's been able to combat that with a strong community and positive self talk.
